Hello! Welcome back to my site for another one of my blogs. For this week's required blog post we have to explain where we are on our Summer franchise piece from the media camp, what still needs to get done, and what we plan on doing to complete these tasks.I am done with the script, but I still need to do filming, editing, and voice overs. To do these I plan on staying after school on every day that I can and try to finish everything on time.
Since my partner from the media camp left the program, that just leaves me by myself. It might sound difficult, but I believe it's possible to do this project by myself. Somebody else from the camp did their project by themselves so why can't I? I'm already done with my script ,but I still have lots more work to do to get even remotely close to finishing the project on time. Since watching that video from my later blog, "10 Tips for Beginner Filmmakers," I've really had a great self-esteem to push me. Using that, I finished my script making sure I liked it and taking PBS's advice and implementing it into the script.
I still need to finish filming, editing, and voice overs. For my scenes I'm thinking of adding sequencing and some extreme close-ups because PBS suggested that I add those in. For the filming I just need to make sure that the audio is okay and there is no background audio and be careful of objects in the background. At the camp we didn't really pay attention to those things and got told to be careful of those things.
To accomplish these tasks, I will have to stay after school for as long as I possibly can. I can't be fooling around when I'm supposed to be working or I would be wasting precious time. I plan on doing filming for the majority of the time and when I'm done with that voice overs, then editing. Hopefully, I will stay on track and finish each part on time.
Well those are the thing I am done with, I still need to accomplish, and what I plan on doing. It will probably be very stressful, like every project, but in the end it will all be worth it. That's it for this blog, and I hope to see you in the next blog as well. Bye!
